Welcome to Bhagavad Gita GPT (“Service”). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our SaaS application that provides AI-powered guidance on the Bhagavad Gita. By accessing or using Bhagavad Gita GPT, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• “Service” refers to Bhagavad Gita GPT, the AI platform delivering Bhagavad Gita interpretations and guidance.
• “User” means anyone who registers for or uses the Service.
• “Content” means any AI-generated text, translations, or commentary provided by Bhagavad Gita GPT.
• “Subscription” means any paid plan (monthly or annual) that grants access to premium features of Bhagavad Gita GPT.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use Bhagavad Gita GPT, you must register and provide accurate, up-to-date information (email, name, payment details). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Free Tier: Limited access to AI-generated summaries and a daily usage cap.
4.2 Paid Plans: Monthly or annual subscriptions unlock unlimited queries, priority support, and exclusive commentaries.

All payments are processed through Razorpay. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen mode of payment. For international credit/debit cards, your Razorpay account must be KYC-verified and must meet Razorpay’s prerequisites (e.g., publicly accessible Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy pages) before enabling international transactions.

5. Trial Period

New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of the Paid Plan. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically billed unless you cancel before trial expiration. Trials are limited to one per user/email.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any law.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the AI models or platform.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code (viruses, worms, etc.) or infringing content.
• Share your account credentials or allow multiple parties to use a single account simultaneously.

7. Intellectual Property

All Content (including AI-generated text, translations, illustrations, designs, logos) is owned by or licensed to Bhagavad Gita GPT. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of any input you provide, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for training, improving, and delivering the Service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

8.1 Accuracy: AI-generated interpretations are for educational purposes only and may not be 100% accurate. Always verify with authoritative sources or qualified teachers.
8.2 No Warranty: The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhagavad Gita GPT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Privacy & Data

By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal data and conversation logs.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all your access to paid features will cease, but any outstanding charges remain due.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or an in-app banner. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
